What's inside
Villa Napoleon Paris is a family house with everything you need for your stay in Paris. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook just like at home. Three bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests, and towels are provided. A hairdryer, an iron, free Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are also at your disposal. Behind the house there is a garden with a terrace and a barbecue, and a free parking space awaits you in front.

Questions
How does payment work?
When you book, you pay a 15% deposit by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. You pay the remaining 85% on arrival.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once we receive your request and the deposit, we send you a confirmation by message or email.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00, check-out by 11:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
How much does it cost?
Per night: adults €50, children aged 3 to 15 €45, babies up to 2 free. The minimum is €200 per night (the price for 4 guests).
Can I cancel my booking?
If your plans change, no worries – you can cancel free of charge within 3 days (72 hours) of booking and we refund your deposit in full. Just get in touch with us directly by email or phone and we'll gladly take care of everything. After that, the 15% deposit is non-refundable.
House rules
No smoking inside. Parties, events and pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, check-out by 11:00. A baby cot is available on request.
